Cocktail Description
The Bourbon Hot Buttered Rum Twist is a luxurious holiday cocktail that combines warm spices, buttery richness, and the bold character of bourbon. It’s the ultimate winter warmer, perfect for sipping during festive gatherings or quiet nights by the tree.
Ingredients:
2 oz Heritage Road Bourbon
1 tbsp spiced butter (recipe below)
4 oz hot water
Optional: 1/2 oz dark rum for added depth
Garnish:
Cinnamon stick
Grated nutmeg
Instructions:
Add the spiced butter to a heatproof mug.
Pour in the bourbon (and optional rum) and hot water.
Stir well until the butter has fully melted and combined with the liquid.
Garnish with a cinnamon stick and a light dusting of grated nutmeg.

1/2 cup unsalted butter (softened)
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp ground cloves
1/4 tsp ground ginger
Pinch of salt
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
